Patna Metro’s Blue Line underground stretch on track for end 2026 completion

The underground section of Patna Metro's Blue Line, part of Corridor II, is making steady progress and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Stretching 7.9 km from Rajendra Nagar to Patna Junction, it will feature six underground stations. Four tunnel boring machines are actively working, with around 2 km of tunnelling remaining. Civil construction at the stations has reached about 40 percent. Indore Metro plans 8.7 km underground line between Khajrana and the Airport
