Diligent Builders has obtained the occupancy certificate for Tower A of its Antriksh Valley project in Sector 1, Greater Noida West, enabling possession and registration for 144 residential units. Gulshan Group has announced an investment of INR 1,000 crore to develop a Taj-branded luxury hotel and residential project in Sector 129 along the Noida Expressway. Noida International Airport at Jewar in Gautam Buddha Nagar district has received an aerodrome licence from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), marking a critical regulatory milestone ahead of the launch of scheduled commercial operations. The licence certifies that the airport's infrastructure, operational procedures, navigation systems, and safety protocols comply with national civil aviation regulations. The approval follows security vetting by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) and allows the airport operator to advance preparations for passenger and cargo services. The project, named Clove County, will be built on a 5-acre land parcel located in Sector 151 along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway. Paramount Developers has deposited more than INR 106 crore with the Noida Authority and the Greater Noida Authority, clearing long-standing land-cost dues that had blocked property registrations for 135 flats in two housing projects. Payments of around INR 80 crore to the Noida Authority for Paramount Floraville in Sector 137 and approximately INR 26 crore to Greater Noida Authority for Paramount Emotions in Greater Noida West were made under protest while legal proceedings continue over the dues. With the financial liabilities now settled under the Uttar Pradesh government's settlement framework for stalled projects, registries for 35 flats in Paramount Emotions and 100 flats in Floraville can be executed. Delhi-NCR based Gaurs Group has unveiled a strategic investment of INR 100 crore to establish a precast concrete manufacturing facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, aimed at enhancing construction capabilities and accelerating project delivery timelines. The company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Elematic India, the Indian arm of Finland-based precast technology provider Elematic Group, in an event attended by senior dignitaries including Finland's prime minister. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has mandated that the day-to-day maintenance responsibilities of two major **Supertech housing societies in Noida Ecociti in Sector 137 and 34 Pavilion in Sector 34 be transferred to their respective registered apartment owners associations (AOAs) within 30 days, a senior bench ordered this week. The directive, delivered by a panel led by Chairperson Justice Ashok Bhushan and member (technical) Barun Mitra, applies during the ongoing insolvency proceedings involving Supertech Ltd, underlining that maintenance should vest with AOAs once the majority of residents have taken possession.
