BPTP Capital City, a Grade-A commercial office development in Sector 94, Noida, has achieved a series of recognised sustainability certifications, reinforcing its positioning within the institutional-grade commercial real estate segment of the Delhi-NCR region.

Developed by BPTP, the project has been awarded LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance Platinum Certification, IGBC Platinum rating and WELL Core Platinum Certification under the WELL Building Standard. These certifications assess and recognise performance across parameters such as energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality and measures linked to occupant health and well-being.

Located in Sector 94, Noida, Capital City benefits from established connectivity to Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida. The development is situated at a distance of approximately 300 metres from the Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station, improving accessibility for office users and visitors and supporting transit-oriented commuting patterns.

The project spans around 790,000 sq ft of office and mixed-use space and has been developed in a Ground plus 16-floor configuration, supported by three levels of basement parking. Vertical transportation infrastructure includes passenger, transfer and service lifts across the development, in line with Grade-A office design standards.

According to the developer, Capital City has been planned with an emphasis on aligning operational planning with sustainability considerations. Manik Malik, Chief Executive Officer and President of BPTP, said the company's approach focuses on integrating sustainability frameworks with occupant-centric planning, and that the project has been developed in accordance with recognised certification benchmarks and established green building practices.

In terms of amenities, the project includes facilities such as a food court, gymnasium, cr che, medical room and co-working spaces, subject to final specifications. These features are intended to support daily workplace requirements and contribute to the overall functionality of the commercial ecosystem within the development.

The office complex currently houses corporate occupiers across multiple sectors, including technology, financial services, manufacturing and education. In addition, food and beverage outlets and flexible workspace operators operate within the premises, reflecting a diversified tenant mix.

With institutional occupiers increasingly prioritising ESG compliance and employee well-being, developments with recognised sustainability certifications are gaining prominence across the NCR commercial market. BPTP Capital City's certifications position it within this segment, aligning the asset with evolving occupier expectations and regulatory standards for environmentally responsible commercial real estate.
