Noida Authority has decided to continue extending benefits under the Uttar Pradesh government's rehabilitation policy to real estate developers who have not deposited the mandatory 25 per cent of recalculated land dues. The Greater Noida Authority has finalised alignments for two major projects-the Multimodal Transport Hub (MMTH) at Bodaki and the Multimodal Logistics Hub (MMLH) at Dadri-aimed at strengthening regional mobility and freight connectivity. The 117-hectare MMTH will integrate metro, rail and bus terminals, linked by a 1.8 km elevated metro line from the Greater Noida Depot. It will serve long-distance trains to eastern India and provide commercial and transport infrastructure across two planned zones.
