The Gujarat government, GIFT City Company Ltd, and Sharjah-based Henox IT & Data Centres recently signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a Cable Landing Station (CLS) at Dhuvaran in Anand district, with a total investment of around INR 1,317 crore. MHADA has reopened its online tender for 16 amenity plots across Mumbai after the earlier round failed to draw bids. The plots, located in areas such as Malad-Malvani, Goregaon’s Unnat Nagar, Kandivli Charkop, Vikhroli, Gorai, Akurli, Kurla and Mulund (East), range from 32 sq m to over 7,000 sq m. They are earmarked for community uses including schools, hospitals, playgrounds, shopping areas and welfare centres.
