Synopsis

Highway Infrastructure Limited has won a significant urban road development contract worth approximately INR 69.7 crore from the Indore Development Authority (IDA) in Madhya Pradesh. The EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contract involves the development of the Kumedi Lasudiya Mori corridor up to A.B. Road under Town Planning Scheme-08 in Indore. The project features a 2year execution timeline and is expected to enhance connectivity and local infrastructure within the city. With this award, Highway Infrastructure has further diversified its order book and strengthened its regional presence in urban infrastructure delivery.

Highway Infrastructure Limited has been awarded a Letter of Award worth INR 69.68 crore by the Indore Development Authority (IDA) for an urban road project in Madhya Pradesh, the company said.


Under the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract, Highway Infrastructure will develop the Kumedi Lasudiya Mori corridor up to A.B. Road as part of Town Planning Scheme-08 in Indore. The project is expected to be executed over a period of about 2.5 years, with the work enhancing urban connectivity and supporting local transport infrastructure.

The company said the order will contribute to execution visibility and diversify its order book by strengthening its urban infrastructure portfolio. Following the award, Highway Infrastructure's consolidated order book has grown, reflecting its continued success in securing contracts from government agencies across both urban and regional corridors.

Highway Infrastructure has been expanding its footprint in infrastructure projects, including roads, expressways and urban development links, through competitive bidding and project execution. The latest contract in Madhya Pradesh highlights ongoing investment in urban transport networks, which are integral to mobility, economic activity and regional development.
