Panchshil Realty has secured Integrated Management System certification across 12 office parks spanning approximately 16.6 million sq ft in Pune and other locations. The certification covers four ISO standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 41001 across assets including IT parks, SEZs, and mixed-use developments. The portfolio also includes three office parks under Ventive Hospitality Ltd. The certification applies to end-to-end facility management services and reflects adherence to global operational, environmental, and safety benchmarks as the developer expands its commercial real estate footprint.
Pune-based developer Panchshil Realty stated that it had secured Integrated Management System (IMS) certification across 12 of its office parks, covering a combined area of around 16.6 million sq ft, in a move aimed at standardising operational processes and aligning its commercial portfolio with global benchmarks.
The certification, announced in the past week, encompasses four internationally recognised ISO standards: ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management systems, ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety, and ISO 41001:2018 for facility management systems. The accreditation applies across a mix of IT parks, special economic zones (SEZs), and mixed-use office developments developed and managed by the company.
The certified portfolio includes key assets such as EON Free Zone I and II, World Trade Centre Pune, Panchshil Business Park (East and West), Tech Park One, Panchshil Tech Park Shivajinagar, Panchshil Avenue, and Quadra I. In addition, three office parks under Ventive Hospitality Ltd Business Bay, International Convention Center, and Panchshil Tech Park Hinjewadi are also covered under the certification framework.
According to the company, the certification scope extends to end-to-end integrated facility management services across these assets. This includes engineering operations and maintenance, soft services, safety and security systems, civil infrastructure upkeep, and digital facility management systems, aimed at ensuring consistent and efficient asset performance.
The certifications have been accredited under global frameworks such as the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB), and the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC), indicating compliance with internationally accepted standards and operational practices.
The company indicated that the certification was the outcome of a coordinated effort to standardise systems and processes across its commercial portfolio, while strengthening service delivery and operational oversight at scale. It further noted that the move aligns with evolving occupier expectations and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations in office real estate.
Panchshil Realty, which has delivered over 39 million sq ft of real estate and has 41.5 million sq ft under development across asset classes including office parks, residential projects, and hospitality developments, continues to expand its footprint across India and international markets. The company stated that it would continue to focus on process-driven operations and efficiency as it scales its commercial portfolio.
