Rama Group has launched Rama Eiko Luxury Floors, a premium residential phase within its existing Rama Eiko development in Shankar Nagar, Raipur, after securing RERA approval in the past week. The project comprises 112 apartments across 16 towers, each rising seven floors, with a low-density layout featuring one unit per floor. The development offers 4 and 5 BHK residences ranging from 7,100 sq ft to 12,800 sq ft, with private lift access and dedicated parking provisions. Designed by Rajeev Agarwal Architects, New Delhi, with landscaping by Japan-based STGK, the project incorporates approximately 1.86 acres of open green space and a range of lifestyle amenities. Bookings have commenced, with the project positioned within Raipur's established residential micro-market of Shankar Nagar.
Rama Group has launched Rama Eiko Luxury Floors, a RERA-approved residential project in the past week within its existing Rama Eiko development in Shankar Nagar, Raipur, introducing 112 low-density apartments across 16 towers, with bookings now open for the new phase.
The project has been planned as a premium housing offering with a layout designed to accommodate one apartment per floor, ensuring limited density and greater privacy for residents. Each of the 16 towers comprises seven floors, resulting in a total inventory of 112 units across the development.
The residences are configured as 4 and 5 BHK units, with sizes ranging from approximately 7,100 sq ft to 12,800 sq ft. The apartments feature large-format layouts with designated living, bedroom and kitchen areas, along with ceiling heights of around 12 ft, aimed at creating more expansive interior volumes. Each unit is equipped with a private lift providing direct access, while each tower includes eight lifts to support movement within the building.
The development has been designed by New Delhi-based Rajeev Agarwal Architects, with landscape planning undertaken by STGK, a design studio based in Yokohama, Japan. The project incorporates approximately 1.86 acres of landscaped open spaces, with residences overlooking green areas and common amenities integrated within the site layout.
Amenities planned within the project include a semi-Olympic swimming pool, amphitheatre with a multipurpose lawn, jogging track, sports zone, children's play area and a golf putting pitch. Additional features include an aerial tree deck and designated recreational spaces aimed at supporting community-level activities. Each residence is also allocated three car parking spaces.
The project includes a penthouse level on the seventh floor, where select units will have access to terrace spaces of approximately 4,500 sq ft. Design elements such as skylights have been incorporated in these units to allow natural light into entry foyers.
A senior executive from the company indicated that the project has been planned to respond to demand for larger homes with greater privacy and lower density, particularly in established residential areas. The development is positioned within Shankar Nagar, which is one of Raipur's older residential locations with existing social and physical infrastructure.
The launch marks an expansion of the developer's residential portfolio in Raipur, where it has delivered multiple projects across segments. The current development reflects a continued focus on premium housing formats, with an emphasis on larger unit sizes, private access and integrated amenities within a planned residential environment.
