Prozo has commissioned its largest multi-client fulfilment centre in Gurugram, Haryana, strengthening its logistics presence in North India. Spread across 1.5 lakh sq ft at Horizon Industrial Parks, the facility adds significant capacity to the company's national network of over 50 fulfilment centres. The hub is designed to support enterprise, retail and direct-to-consumer clients through advanced material handling systems and integrated technology platforms. The development aligns with Prozo's ongoing focus on technology-led logistics operations and scalable infrastructure.
Prozo has operationalised its largest multi-client fulfilment hub in Gurugram, Haryana, marking a key addition to its warehousing and logistics infrastructure. The new facility spans 1.5 lakh sq ft and is located at Horizon Industrial Parks, a well-established logistics zone with strong connectivity to major consumption markets in the National Capital Region. This facility is now the sixth multi-client fulfilment centre operated by the company in Haryana.
With this addition, Prozo's national footprint extends across more than 50 fulfilment centres covering nearly 3 million sq ft. The Gurugram hub is designed to manage large and varied order volumes across multiple channels, catering to enterprise clients, organised retail players and direct-to-consumer brands. The facility is equipped with conveyor systems, chutes and modern material-handling infrastructure to support faster and more accurate order processing.
The fulfilment centre is integrated with Prozo's proprietary warehouse management systems, real-time inventory visibility tools and automated reporting platforms. These systems are intended to support consistent service levels and enable better coordination across inbound, storage and outbound operations. The company has been investing in SLA intelligence and technology-driven logistics execution over the past year, and the new facility has been aligned with these capabilities from the start.
According to the company's leadership, the Gurugram hub has been developed to handle scale efficiently while maintaining operational control across diverse client requirements. The facility strengthens Prozo's ability to manage high-throughput operations and complex fulfilment needs, particularly in fast-moving consumer segments. The launch also builds on Prozo's earlier expansion in the region, including the commissioning of a smaller multi-client facility in Gurugram last year.
