Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, has entered into a strategic partnership with Panasonic Electric Works India to integrate advanced electrical infrastructure and smart living solutions at The Palatial, its flagship ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 104 along the Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. The collaboration will see 150 select residences equipped with Panasonic's end-to-end power, electrical, and smart home solutions, positioning the project as a co-branded offering focused on long-term safety, reliability, and future readiness. The limited-edition homes, offered in 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK configurations, are priced from INR 5.25 crore onwards. The partnership reflects growing demand among premium homebuyers for wellness-led, technology-enabled living environments supported by robust core infrastructure rather than standalone smart features.
Hero Realty has announced a landmark collaboration with Panasonic Electric Works India, part of Panasonic Life Solutions India, to deploy integrated electrical and smart living solutions at The Palatial, its marquee luxury residential development in Gurugram. Positioned as a co-branded residential offering, the partnership brings together two legacy brands with a shared focus on quality, safety, and long-term performance in high-end housing.
Under the agreement, Panasonic Electric Works India will provide comprehensive electrical and power infrastructure across 150 selected residences. The scope includes distribution boards, switchgear, wiring systems, conduits, switches and sockets, EV charging solutions, and lighting systems. These form the project's core electrical backbone, designed to support scalable and dependable residential operations over the lifecycle of the asset.
Beyond base infrastructure, the homes will also incorporate smart home automation, building management systems, security and surveillance solutions, and energy-efficient appliances. The integration aims to offer residents seamless control over lighting, security, and key utilities, while ensuring compliance with evolving safety and efficiency standards. Additional features include smart lighting for common areas and private residences, video door phones with multi-layered security, access control systems, and connected solutions to enhance everyday convenience.
Commenting on the collaboration, Hero Realty's management said the partnership reflects a shift in how luxury housing is being defined, with intelligent infrastructure and wellness-oriented technologies becoming central to value creation. Panasonic Electric Works India, meanwhile, highlighted that the tie-up marks a move beyond individual products towards delivering integrated residential ecosystems tailored for long-term residential use.
The limited-edition residences at The Palatial will be offered in 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK formats, with prices starting at INR 5.25 crore onwards. Spread across approximately 11 acres, the project comprises high-rise towers with expansive residences and is anchored by a 57,000 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring lifestyle and wellness amenities.
Located along the Dwarka Expressway, the development offers connectivity to IGI Airport, Aerocity, Cyber Hub, and key commercial and residential hubs across Delhi NCR. For Hero Realty, the collaboration reinforces its strategy of differentiating premium projects through infrastructure-led partnerships, while Panasonic strengthens its presence in India's growing luxury residential segment by embedding technology at the core of housing design rather than as an add-on.
