Reliance MET City, the real estate arm of Reliance Industries, has begun work on Metropolis, an integrated mixed use development in Daryapur, Jhajjar district, Haryana. The first phase spans approximately 100 acres and forms part of a broader 140 acre plan that combines residential and industrial plots with provisions for group housing in future phases.

The residential component offers plots sized between 112 and 179 square yards. Prices range from INR 99,000 to INR 110,000 per square yard. The company is implementing the project on a self funded basis, overseeing all construction and key infrastructure works internally. The layout is designed to provide modern living spaces alongside business opportunities, catering to families and enterprises in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Metropolis is part of Reliance MET City's ongoing expansion in the region, which includes several plotted and group housing projects forming a smart township. The development is strategically positioned to provide residents with access to workspaces, schools, healthcare, and commercial hubs while maintaining planned urban infrastructure. The industrial plots within the township aim to attract small and medium enterprises, contributing to the local economy and employment growth.

The company has emphasized that the initial 100 acre phase is only the first stage. Future phases will introduce additional housing options and community amenities, gradually completing the full 140 acre master plan. Observers note that this phased approach allows Reliance MET City to manage growth efficiently while ensuring quality infrastructure and timely delivery.
