NVT Quality Lifestyle has announced its strategic entry into sky villas and large-format integrated townships, marking a significant evolution from its established presence in the luxury villa segment. The Bengaluru-based developer plans to deliver approximately 5 million sq ft of new premium residential space by 2028, targeting annual sales of INR 1,200-1,500 crore. Anchored by a multi-phase, 100-acre township set against a 300-acre lake, the initiative reflects rising demand from affluent domestic buyers and NRIs for master-planned communities offering diverse housing formats. With infrastructure growth accelerating in key corridors of Bengaluru, the move positions NVT to capitalise on next-generation luxury housing trends centred on lifestyle integration, connectivity and long-term asset value.
NVT Quality Lifestyle has unveiled a strategic expansion into sky villas and large-scale integrated townships, signalling a pivotal shift in its long-term growth roadmap. Known for its premium villa communities, the developer is now broadening its portfolio to include master-planned residential destinations that combine standalone villas and sky villas within unified ecosystems.
The expansion is anchored by a multi-phase township spanning approximately 100 acres and overlooking a 300-acre lake. Designed as a scalable, destination-led development, the project represents a transition from boutique luxury enclaves to comprehensive residential ecosystems. By 2028, the company aims to develop 5 million sq ft of additional luxury housing while targeting annual sales between INR 1,200 crore and INR 1,500 crore.
Dr Vivek Garg, Founding Director of NVT Quality Lifestyle, stated that luxury housing in 2026 is defined less by scale and more by intelligent design that supports evolving lifestyle needs. According to him, high-income professionals, entrepreneurs and global Indians are increasingly seeking flexible, future-ready living environments that integrate work, leisure and nature within cohesive communities.
The company's new township initiative aligns with infrastructure-led growth in Bengaluru's eastern corridor, particularly along the Sarjapur-Attibele Road. Catalysts such as the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), the planned 72-kilometre metro expansion, the proposed Swift City development and improved regional aviation connectivity are strengthening the investment appeal of this micro-market. NVT's township project, branded Wonderful World, is positioned to benefit from these structural drivers.
Despite scaling operations, NVT maintains a design-led approach to luxury. Its developments emphasise seamless indoor-outdoor integration, abundant natural light, cross-ventilation and private extensions such as terraces and landscaped gardens. Layouts are being tailored to hybrid work lifestyles, balancing privacy with community engagement.
By combining diversified housing formats with landscape-driven planning and infrastructure readiness, NVT aims to future-proof its portfolio. The expansion reflects broader shifts in India's premium housing market, where buyers increasingly prioritise liveability, environmental responsiveness and long-term asset appreciation alongside exclusivity.
