Sambhav Homes and Infrastructure, part of the e-Cosmos Group, has handed over 85 acres of land to ESR Group for the development of the ESR Hosur Advanced Manufacturing Park in Tamil Nadu. The project, backed by an investment of INR 600 crore, has a development potential of 2.1 million sq ft and marks a major expansion of ESR's industrial and logistics platform in South India. Strategically located in the Hosur-Shoolagiri industrial belt near key markets such as Bengaluru and Chennai, the park is expected to strengthen the region's manufacturing ecosystem and enhance Tamil Nadu's position as a leading industrial hub.

Sambhav Homes and Infrastructure, a constituent of the e-Cosmos Group, has formally handed over 85 acres of development-ready land to ESR Group for the establishment of the ESR Hosur Advanced Manufacturing Park. The handover represents a significant milestone in the expansion of ESR's industrial and logistics footprint in South India.

ESR Group, an Asia Pacific-focused real asset owner and manager, has already performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the project, signalling the commencement of development activities. The industrial park is being developed with a total investment of INR 600 crore and offers a development potential of approximately 2.1 million sq ft.

Strategically situated in the Hosur-Shoolagiri industrial belt, the park benefits from proximity to the Hosur Aerodrome and access to major regional markets, including Bengaluru and Chennai. Its location places it within one of Tamil Nadu's fastest-growing industrial corridors, known for its concentration of manufacturing units and robust connectivity infrastructure.

The project is expected to cater to advanced manufacturing and industrial occupiers, further reinforcing the state's standing as a preferred destination for industrial investments. By combining scale, connectivity and development readiness, the park aims to attract domestic and multinational manufacturers seeking integrated industrial facilities in southern India.

Sanjai Kumar, Chairman of the e-Cosmos Group, said the successful delivery of 85 acres in a development-ready condition demonstrated strong execution capabilities and disciplined coordination across regulatory and infrastructure stakeholders. He emphasised that projects of such scale require strategic foresight, structured planning and seamless collaboration among multiple agencies.

The ESR Hosur Advanced Manufacturing Park is poised to contribute to employment generation, industrial output and regional economic growth. As Tamil Nadu continues to position itself as a manufacturing powerhouse, developments of this magnitude are expected to play a crucial role in strengthening supply chains and enhancing the competitiveness of the state's industrial ecosystem.
