India Accelerator and International Real Estate Partners (IREP) have joined to launch a managed workspace platform named IREPworkspaces, backed by an investment of INR 100 crore over the next 18 months. The venture targets the growing demand for flexible and fully managed office spaces in the National Capital Region, aiming to establish a footprint of nearly nine lakh sq ft across major commercial corridors.
Under the initial phase, IREPworkspaces plans to set up 12-15 centres offering approximately 15,000 seats. These centres will focus on high-demand micro-markets such as Golf Course Extension Road, Udyog Vihar, and the Noida Expressway, which have consistently attracted businesses seeking modern office solutions.
The venture has already secured around 1.5 lakh sq ft of space and intends to acquire an additional 7-8 lakh sq ft over the coming quarters. IREP will contribute its global experience in integrated real estate and facilities management to ensure efficient operations. India Accelerator will support market access and adoption through its extensive network of startups, mid-sized businesses, and enterprise clients.
The launch of IREPworkspaces reflects the ongoing shift in India's office real estate sector toward flexible, technology-enabled environments. Companies increasingly prefer adaptable workspaces that can scale with their operations, creating opportunities for platforms like IREPworkspaces to bridge the gap between traditional office setups and modern workplace needs.
