Global real estate investment platform RealVantage has established a corporate presence in Hong Kong through a joint-venture company formed with local real estate industry professionals. The move is supported by Pecan Foundation Limited, the family office of Hong Kong real estate executive Dr Justin K H Chiu. RealVantage Hong Kong is expected to commence operations in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. The Hong Kong entity will be led by Ivan Ho, with strategic investment guidance from former Standard Chartered banker Edmund Ho. The expansion marks a key step in RealVantage's regional growth strategy, aimed at providing professional investors in Hong Kong with access to institutional-grade global real estate investment opportunities through its technology-led co-investing platform.
Singapore-headquartered real estate investment platform RealVantage has announced the establishment of its Hong Kong operations through a joint-venture company created with local real estate industry experts, marking its formal entry into the market.
The company said its Hong Kong expansion is supported by Pecan Foundation Limited, the family office of Hong Kong-based real estate executive Dr Justin K H Chiu. The board of the Hong Kong entity includes Ronald Chiu, founding partner of Avatar Capital, and Ng Beng Tiong, former deputy group chief executive officer of ARA Asset Management and current chairman of RealVantage. The company is targeting the commencement of operations in the second half of 2026, subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals.
RealVantage co-founder Keith Ong continues as group chief executive officer, while the Hong Kong business will be led by Ivan Ho, former Hong Kong chief executive officer of KaiLong Group. Edmund Ho, a former senior banker at Standard Chartered, will provide strategic investment guidance. The firm said its investment committee, comprising professionals with senior experience at organisations such as ARA Asset Management, GIC Real Estate and Keppel Land, will apply institutional discipline to deal selection, structuring and risk management.
RealVantage operates as a global real estate co-investing fintech platform, offering professional investors access to curated institutional-grade real estate opportunities across major international markets. The company stated that its expansion into Hong Kong is intended to broaden access for local professional investors to global real estate deals that have traditionally been limited to large institutions.
Since its launch in 2019, RealVantage has built a membership base of more than 10,000 investors across 58 countries and has completed over 140 real estate transactions in seven developed markets. These deals have included investments alongside global institutional investors such as GIC, PIMCO, BentallGreenOak, PGIM and Schroders, with operating partners including Greystar, ESR and Investcorp.
As part of its Hong Kong strategy, RealVantage has also appointed senior executives across finance, compliance and strategic engagement to support its planned launch and long-term growth in the market.
