K Raheja Corp has announced plans to develop a global school on a 1.18-acre land parcel in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai, as part of its large mixed-use development in the region. The international school, with a built-up area of around 1.8 lakh sq ft, will offer education up to Class 12 and is expected to commence its first academic session within the next three to four years. While the company has not disclosed the total investment for the project, the initiative underlines its focus on creating integrated urban ecosystems that combine education, workplaces, residences and lifestyle infrastructure. The school will form a key social infrastructure component of the developer's over 50-acre mixed-use township in Navi Mumbai.

Mumbai-based real estate developer K Raheja Corp has revealed plans to build a global school in Navi Mumbai, reinforcing its strategy of creating integrated, self-sustaining urban developments. The school will be developed on a 1.18-acre land parcel in Juinagar and will form part of the company's expansive mixed-use project spanning over 50 acres.


According to the company, the proposed international school will have a total built-up area of approximately 1.8 lakh sq ft and will offer academic programmes up to Class 12. The founding batch is expected to begin operations in the next three to four years, aligning with the phased development of the larger mixed-use project.

While K Raheja Corp has not disclosed the investment outlay for the school, the project is positioned as a critical component of the broader ecosystem being developed in Navi Mumbai. The larger development integrates Grade-A office spaces, premium residential units, tech-enabled infrastructure, convenience retail and a lifestyle club, aimed at supporting both working professionals and resident communities.
