Dios Fastigheter AB has signed a five-year green lease agreement with consulting firm B3 for a newly developed office in central Sundsvall, Sweden. The project is designed to meet modern workplace standards while emphasising sustainable operations. The agreement reflects a growing trend in the Swedish office market, where environmental commitments are becoming an integral part of leasing structures. The office is currently under development, with B3 expected to move in during July 2026. The deal adds to Dios portfolio of centrally located commercial properties in northern Sweden.
Dios Fastigheter AB (publ) is developing a new office facility for consulting company B3 in central Sundsvall, Sweden, strengthening its commercial real estate presence in the region. The project will be located in a prime central area and is intended to meet modern workplace requirements, with a focus on sustainability and long-term usability.
The property company and B3 have entered into a five-year green lease agreement. Under this arrangement, both parties commit to environmentally responsible practices related to energy use, operations, and resource efficiency. Green leases have increasingly become a standard feature in new office developments across Sweden, reflecting tenant demand for sustainable workspaces and landlords efforts to reduce environmental impact.
The office is currently under development, and occupancy is expected to begin in July 2026. Once operational, the new space will support B3's consulting operations in Sundsvall and contribute to local office market activity. Dios has, in recent years, focused on central locations in northern Sweden, with office projects aimed at attracting knowledge-driven businesses and long-term tenants.
