Paranjape has pledged to make certain that all facilities are made operational before handing over flats. The company has partnered with Saad and Forum for Autism members to develop an organisation called FFL Kutumb which will oversee the management and operations of Swaniketan.
The residential project will be built in two phases, each consisting of 120 apartments.
