Its profit after tax (PAT) stood at 149 crore rupees as opposed to 96 crore rupees it had recorded in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.

Recently, the company took over control of Apex Realty Management and Apex Realty Ventures LLP during the course of the six months that ended on September 30, 2022. In addition, according to the company's regulatory filing, it has purchased a direct further 10% stake in Prestige Sterling Infra Projects and an indirect additional 30% stake in Prestige OMR Ventures LLP. The firm announced a final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity share worth Rs 10 for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2022, for the six months that ended September 30, 2022. This payment was authorised by shareholders at the company's annual general meeting on September 27, 2022.
