Neo Asset Management Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Neeraj Sanghi as the new Managing Director and Operating Partner. Neeraj will lead the company's Infrastructure Operations and the development of Neo's Infrastructure Platforms. With a remarkable career spanning over four decades, Neeraj brings extensive experience in infrastructure and oil & gas industries to his new role.


Previously, Neeraj served as the CEO of Highway Concessions One (HC1), a major roads platform in India. Under his leadership, HC1 grew significantly and was acquired by KKR in 2022. He also played a crucial role in establishing the Highway Operators Association (India) and served as its Founder President for five years. His other notable achievements include developing the LNG receiving terminal project at Hazira, Gujarat with Essar and overseeing major projects with Total India.

Neeraj's expertise covers a wide range of areas, including business strategy, asset acquisition, investment analysis, and project management. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and a Master's in Sustainable Development. This diverse background positions him well to contribute to Neo Asset Management's growth and strengthen its infrastructure team.

India's infrastructure sector is currently experiencing significant growth, driven by the Government's USD 1.4 trillion National Infrastructure Pipeline. Neeraj expressed his enthusiasm for joining Neo Asset Management, highlighting the company's focus on investments in highways and renewable energy. His leadership is expected to support Neo's participation in India's massive infrastructure development efforts.
