The Indian Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has blacklisted Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd and Ramacivil Construction Pvt Ltd for their sub-standard work on the NBCC Green View project in Gurgaon, which was declared unsafe by the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. The firms are banned from receiving any work from the ministry for two years and from working with any associated entity or Central Public Sector Enterprise.

The NBCC Green View project, located in Sector-37D of the city of Gurgaon, was deemed unsafe by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Delhi, and residents were instructed to vacate the flats. The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) notified the ministry that the two companies were responsible for the use of sub-standard materials and poor workmanship that resulted in low-quality buildings and caused problems for homebuyers.
Following the NBCC's report, the ministry issued show cause notices requesting an explanation from the firms as to why they should not be barred from conducting business with the ministry. The companies responded, and after an examination of the NBCC's submissions and the expert committee's report, the ministry passed the order to blacklist the firms until March 29, 2025.
