In April, New Jawahar Mansion led the way by closing the highest number of deals in Bhuleshwar. This was closely followed by Shagun Krishvi Escape which managed to register 2 deals and rest of the other buildings helped by registering a single transaction. Resale transactions had the upper hand over developer sales as they contributed 58% and 42% respectively.
On the high end, we have Balaji Sejal Aquarius which commanded a price tag of INR 3.27 crores, attracting luxury homebuyers. Conversely, a budget-friendly option in The Jaihind Estate Building was available for close to INR 17.62 Lakhs, providing an excellent opportunity for value-conscious buyers.
The apartment sizes varied greatly, with the largest unit spanning 1,144 square feet in Shagun Krishvi Escape and the smallest being 111 square feet in The Jaihind Estate Building. This versatility ensures that Bhuleshwar caters to wide preferences of buyers, from families seeking spacious homes to individuals preferring compact living spaces. Prices per square foot in Bhuleshwar ranged from INR 15,464 to as high as INR 46,094 with an average of around INR 23,995.
Most apartments sold were in the coveted 500 - 1,000 square feet range. However, close to 42% were below 500 square feet. There was a single apartment sold in the range between 1,000 to 1,500 square feet. Over 40% of the apartments sold in April fell within INR 1 crore range. In the INR 1 - 2 crores and INR 2 - 3 crore range there were 25% of the transactions which took place. There was a single transaction between INR 3 - 4 crores.
