Aundh is a rapidly growing residential and commercial locality located in the western part of Pune, Maharashtra. In April, Raagdari Apartments, Shriramnagar Apartment and Anand Park Aundh shared the podium for closing 3 deals each. This was followed by Marvel Sindh Society which managed to register 2 deals and rest of the other buildings participated by registering a single transaction. Resale transactions dominated by a staggering percentage of deals in their favor while only 4 deals out of 23 were sold directly by developers.

On the high end, we have Marvel Sindh Society which commanded a price tag of INR 28 crores, attracting luxury homebuyers. Conversely, a budget-friendly option in Shriramnagar Apartment was available for close to INR 6 Lakhs, providing an excellent opportunity for value-conscious buyers.

The apartment sizes varied greatly, with the largest unit spanning 10,071 square feet in Marvel Sindh Society and the smallest being 195 square feet in Raagdari Apartments. This versatility ensures that Aundh caters to wide preferences of buyers, from families seeking spacious homes to individuals preferring compact living spaces.

Prices per square foot in Aundh ranged from INR 850 to as high as INR 27,803 with an average of around INR 11,044. Most apartments sold were in the coveted 500 - 1,000 square feet range. However, close to 30% were between 1,000 - 1,5000 square feet. Close to 15% of the properties were sold between 1 - 500 square feet and there were a single transaction each between 9,000 - 10,000 square feet and 10,000 - 11,000 square feet.

Close to 60% of the apartments sold in April fell within INR 1 crore range. In the INR 1 - 2 crores range there were just above 20% of the transactions which took place. There were two transactions between INR 2 - 3 crores and the rest two transactions were between INR 25 and INR 30 crores.
