to meet the growing demand for flexible office space. The Garuda BHIVE Workspace, located in BTM Layout, was

developed in partnership with the Garuda Group and spans 2 lakh square feet.

BHIVE is a popular co-working space located in Bengaluru, India. It was founded in 2014 by Shesh Paplikar,

Ravindra M.K., and MK Ramanujam with the aim of creating a community-driven workspace for entrepreneurs,

freelancers, and small businesses.

BHIVE offers a variety of workspaces including private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, and event spaces.

The facility also includes amenities such as high-speed internet, printing services, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Members also have access to networking events, mentorship programs, and other resources to help them grow their

businesses.

BHIVE is present in multiple locations across Bengaluru. Already leased to startups in healthcare tech, digital

banking, insurance, and apparel sectors, this addition brings BHIVE's total co-working portfolio to 14 lakh square feet

and 40,000 seats across Bengaluru.



A recent FICCI-Colliers India report revealed that co-working operators leased 7 million square feet, or 14%, of the

total gross office leasing of 50.3 million square feet in 2022 across six major cities.
