Bollywood actress Mrunal Thakur and her father have acquired two adjoining apartments in Oberoi Springs, Andheri West, Mumbai, for a total of INR 10 crore from Kangana Ranaut's family members. The spacious flats, spanning 1017 and 997 sq ft, are undergoing renovations to meet the actor's specifications. Bollywood actor Mrunal Thakur and her father Udaysingh Bhatesingh Thakur have bought one apartment for INR 5 crore from Akshat Deep Ranaut (Kangana Ranaut's brother) and a second apartment for INR 5 crore from Amar Deep Singh Ranaut (Kangana Ranaut’s father), in Oberoi Springs in Mumbai’s Andheri West area. As per documents accessed by Zapkey, the area of the first apartment is 1017 sq ft while the second apartment is 997 sq ft. The stamp duty for each flat was INR 30 lakh.The two flats are currently being renovated to suit the actor’s preferences.
The deal involves a combination of two flats and is reportedly a jodi flat. A jodi flat consists of two flats that have been combined into one larger unit. Jodi flats are typically created by removing the wall between two adjacent flats, resulting in a more spacious and luxurious living space.
Oberoi Springs in Andheri (West) is a building where many celebrities stay. It comprises three residential towers of 35 storeys each and comprises 2.5 BHK units. This was where Vicky Kaushal’s parents reside. Rajkumar Rao and wife Patralekha, Chitrangada Singh, Neil Nitin Mukesh are other celebrities who stay in Oberoi Springs.
