Inner Circle, a project undertaken by SILA in collaboration with JCK group and Top-Notch Realty has received its occupancy certificate. The project achieved record sales within three years of launching in 2019, selling over 95 per cent of its inventory even before completion. Located in the Saral neighbourhood of Alibaug, the project is situated on a 7-acre plot of land, Phase two is scheduled to begin in early 2023. It will span across 3 acres and include more than 40 units.

The founder of SILA, Sahil Vora, believes Inner Circle represents the company’s foray into the MMR region’s most coveted micro markets. The founders along with the principal architect Pinakin Patel have worked towards creating a complex that would cater to lifestyle people living in Alibaug aspire for. The planning has taken into account the demands of today's purchasers, while paying equal attention to the space allocated indoors and outdoors.
Alibaug is being touted as one of the most promising micro markets of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, where prices in some localities have more than doubled in the last three years.
