Synopsis

Srishti Group has introduced limited-period festive offers across its residential projects, Craft d Srishti in Nahur (West) and Srishti Oasis in Bhandup (West), aligned with the Akshaya Tritiya buying season. The scheme includes financial incentives such as zero GST, no floor rise charges, spot discounts, and a flexible payment plan, alongside a 10 gm gold coin for buyers. The developments are located along the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR), a key infrastructure corridor expected to improve east west connectivity in Mumbai. The offer window remains open until the end of the current month, targeting both end-users and investors.

Srishti Group has launched a series of limited-period promotional offers across its residential developments in Mumbai, coinciding with the festive buying period associated with Akshaya Tritiya. The initiative covers Craft d Srishti in Nahur (West) and Srishti Oasis in Bhandup (West), both located along the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR), with the offers available until the end of the current month.

The scheme, positioned as part of the developer's anniversary year marking 35 years of operations, includes a combination of financial incentives under a Best of Four structure. These comprise waiver of GST, elimination of floor rise charges, upfront spot discounts, and a flexible Go-Flexi payment plan. In addition, buyers will receive a 10 gm gold coin with each booking, aligned with traditional purchasing patterns during the festival period.

Craft d Srishti, located along the GMLR corridor in Nahur (West), comprises 2 and 3-bedroom units with sun-deck configurations, with starting prices from approximately INR 1.74 crore. The project is positioned towards mid- to premium-segment buyers seeking larger layouts and amenity-led developments. Srishti Oasis, situated at GMLR One in Bhandup (West), offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units starting from around INR 96 lakh, targeting first-time buyers and mid-income households.

The GMLR corridor, where both projects are situated, is a key infrastructure project aimed at enhancing east west connectivity across Mumbai. Once operational, the link road is expected to connect the Western and Eastern Express Highways, improving access between suburbs such as Goregaon, Powai, Mulund, Nahur, and Bhandup, while reducing travel time across the corridor.

A senior executive at the company indicated that the offers were structured to align with evolving buyer expectations, particularly around upfront cost savings and flexible payment mechanisms. The developer also highlighted that such schemes are intended to support both end-use purchases and investment-led acquisitions during the festive period.

The introduction of bundled financial incentives reflects a broader trend among developers leveraging festival-linked demand cycles to drive bookings, particularly in micro-markets benefiting from upcoming infrastructure upgrades. In locations along the GMLR corridor, connectivity improvements are increasingly influencing residential demand patterns, with developers positioning projects to capture both accessibility-led demand and price appreciation potential.

Srishti Group, which has been active in Mumbai's residential market for over three decades, stated that the anniversary-linked campaign forms part of its ongoing strategy to maintain sales momentum while addressing affordability considerations through structured offers.
