Synopsis

Saatvik Green Energy has announced that its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, has secured a solar PV module supply order worth INR 71.25 crore from a leading independent power producer and EPC player. The order is scheduled to be executed by May 2026. The development reflects steady demand for solar components in India’s growing renewable energy sector. The company has been expanding its manufacturing and supply capabilities to cater to increasing project requirements. This order adds to its existing portfolio and strengthens its position in the domestic solar equipment market.

Saatvik Green Energy stated that its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has secured an order valued at INR 71.25 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The company disclosed this development through a regulatory filing.

The order has been awarded by a well-known independent power producer and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player. The company indicated that the contract has already been accepted and will be executed by May 2026.

Saatvik Green Energy further informed that its material subsidiary had received and confirmed the order from the client for supplying solar PV modules. While the name of the client was not disclosed, the company highlighted that it is a reputed player in the renewable energy sector.

The order comes at a time when demand for solar modules is increasing due to ongoing capacity additions across utility-scale and commercial projects in India. The EPC segment, in particular, continues to drive module demand as developers push to complete projects within set timelines.

Saatvik has been strengthening its manufacturing capabilities over the past few years to cater to rising domestic demand. The company operates in the solar equipment manufacturing space and supplies modules for a range of projects, including large-scale solar parks.

This latest order adds to the company’s growing order book and reflects continued traction in the solar supply segment, supported by policy push and increasing investments in renewable energy infrastructure.
