CRC Group has appointed CBRE to oversee facility management services at its commercial project CRC The Flagship in Noida. The office-led development spans approximately 2.4 million sq ft and is nearing completion, with delivery expected in the third quarter of this year. Designed as a campus-style IT/ITES hub along the Noida Expressway, the project integrates Grade A+ office spaces with retail, hospitality and shared amenities. CBRE's mandate includes operations, maintenance, sustainability and technology-led asset management, reflecting increasing emphasis on institutional-grade management in large commercial developments.
CRC Group has engaged CBRE to manage facility operations at its office-led commercial project CRC The Flagship in Noida, as the development approaches completion. The project spans approximately 2.4 million sq ft and is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of the current year, targeting near-term demand from enterprise occupiers along the Noida Expressway corridor.
The development has been planned as a campus-style IT/ITES project, with Grade A+ office spaces forming the core of the scheme. These are supported by retail, food and beverage outlets, hospitality components and shared public spaces, reflecting a mixed-use approach aimed at enhancing occupier experience within a single integrated campus.
The master planning of the project has been undertaken by Benoy, UK, with architectural inputs from RSP and Vastunidhi Architects. The design framework incorporates contributions from multiple specialist consultants covering structural engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, faade design, lighting, traffic management and sustainability compliance. The planning approach focuses on efficient office layouts, circulation, walkability and long-term operational functionality.
Under its mandate, CBRE will be responsible for end-to-end facility management services across the campus. This includes operations and maintenance, sustainability management, deployment of technology-enabled systems and implementation of predictive maintenance practices. The scope extends across office towers, retail zones, hospitality areas and common infrastructure, with an emphasis on ensuring consistent service delivery and asset performance.
The office infrastructure has been designed to accommodate high-density corporate occupancy. Each tower is equipped with 10 high-speed elevators supported by destination control systems to manage peak-hour traffic. The campus layout includes segregated vehicular movement for office, retail and service zones, along with dedicated driveways and multi-height entrance lobbies intended to support institutional-grade usage.
Sustainability features form a key component of the project. The development has received IGBC Platinum pre-certification and incorporates climate-responsive design elements, high-performance faade systems and centralised air-conditioning with air quality monitoring. Additional features include EV-ready parking infrastructure and a building management system to optimise energy consumption and indoor environmental conditions. The developer has also undertaken improvements to the adjoining green belt to enhance the local micro-climate.
A senior executive at CRC Group indicated that the appointment of CBRE aligns with the project's transition into its operational phase, with a focus on delivering a consistent workplace environment suited to enterprise occupiers. The executive added that the collaboration is intended to support long-term asset performance and occupier satisfaction.
The engagement reflects a broader trend in India's commercial real estate sector, where developers are increasingly partnering with professional facility management firms to ensure operational efficiency in large-scale office developments. Projects along key corridors such as the Noida Expressway continue to attract occupier interest, supported by infrastructure connectivity and availability of Grade A office space.
