ASBL, a Hyderabad-based developer, presented its technology-driven approach to real estate at the Python Conference Hyderabad 2026, where it participated as a platinum sponsor. The company detailed how artificial intelligence and digital tools are being integrated across construction, sales, and post-handover operations. Key systems include a digital twin platform for project execution, automated sales processes, and a resident management application. The approach focuses on improving project monitoring, reducing delays, and streamlining customer engagement. ASBL also highlighted its digitised home-buying process, aimed at simplifying transactions for both domestic and overseas buyers. The initiative reflects growing adoption of proptech solutions to address operational inefficiencies in residential development.
ASBL, a Hyderabad-based real estate developer, outlined its use of artificial intelligence and digital tools across project lifecycle stages at the Python Conference Hyderabad 2026, held in the past month at the Engineering Staff College of India in Hyderabad, where the company participated as a platinum sponsor.
During the event, the company's technology leadership detailed how digital systems are being deployed to address operational challenges across construction, sales, and residential management. The presentation focused on existing inefficiencies in construction processes, including cost control, labour and material management, delay identification, and quality monitoring.
ASBL has developed a digital twin-based system supported by mobile applications and planning tools to manage construction workflows. Under this system, project components are mapped digitally, with tasks assigned in a structured sequence. Completion of each activity requires verification through uploaded proof before subsequent stages can proceed. This process is designed to improve accountability, enable real-time tracking, and identify execution delays at an early stage.
The company has also extended its technology framework to sales operations, where structured data and automation are used to streamline customer acquisition and engagement. The system focuses on identifying potential buyers, understanding requirements, and automating communication processes. It also integrates financing-related workflows, with the aim of reducing manual intervention and improving transaction efficiency.
In the post-handover phase, ASBL has introduced a resident management application, Homes by ASBL, to handle day-to-day operations within gated communities. The platform enables residents to access services such as amenity bookings, service requests, and communication updates through a single interface. The system is intended to address operational complexities associated with managing multiple stakeholders, including residents, staff, and service providers.
The company has also digitised the home-buying process, including documentation, approvals, and communication, to minimise the need for physical interaction. This is particularly relevant for non-resident Indian buyers, allowing transactions to be completed remotely through digital workflows.
ASBL indicated that artificial intelligence is being used to automate repetitive tasks and improve development speed while reducing the scope for errors. The company highlighted its internal usage scale, noting that billions of computational tokens are processed monthly across its systems, reflecting the extent of technology integration in its operations.
The presentation underscored a broader shift within the real estate sector towards adoption of proptech solutions aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and user experience. As developers increasingly incorporate digital tools into project execution and customer engagement, technology-led models are becoming more prominent in urban residential development.
