Synopsis

RPS Group has announced an investment of INR 110 crore to develop a plotted township project, RPS Azalea, in Sector 29, Bahadurgarh. Spread across 19.79 acres under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana, the project will offer residential plots ranging from 125 to 180 square yards. It will also include a 2-acre clubhouse with lifestyle amenities. The development is expected to be completed in 2027 and will benefit from strong connectivity to Delhi and nearby industrial hubs, supporting rising housing demand in the area.

RPS Group has announced an investment of INR 110 crore for the development of a plotted township project, RPS Azalea, located in Sector 29, Bahadurgarh. The project is being developed over 19.79 acres under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY), a policy aimed at promoting affordable plotted housing in emerging urban areas.

The township will offer residential plots in the range of 125 to 180 square yards, catering to mid-income homebuyers as well as investors looking for plotted developments in the NCR region. The company has already initiated development work at the site and is targeting project completion in 2027.

As part of the overall plan, the project will include a 2-acre clubhouse along with other basic and lifestyle amenities to support community living. The design of the development is aligned with the growing preference for low-density housing formats, especially in peripheral areas of NCR where land availability allows for plotted layouts.

A senior company official indicated that Bahadurgarh is gradually emerging as a key residential destination due to its improving connectivity and infrastructure. The project has been planned to meet the requirements of modern homebuyers while also contributing to the expansion of organised housing supply in the region.

The location of the project provides access to key infrastructure corridors such as the Urban Extension Road II (UER II), Delhi-Rohtak Expressway, KMP Expressway, and KGP Expressway. These routes ensure connectivity to Delhi, Gurugram, and nearby industrial areas including IMT Kharkhoda, making the location suitable for both end-users and working professionals.

Bahadurgarh has seen steady development in recent years, supported by metro connectivity and road infrastructure upgrades. The availability of comparatively affordable land parcels under policies like DDJAY has encouraged developers to launch plotted developments, which have gained traction among buyers seeking flexibility in construction and ownership.

RPS Group has a presence in the NCR real estate market, particularly in Faridabad, where it has developed residential townships and group housing projects. The company has largely focused on integrated developments with essential amenities, and this project marks its continued expansion into emerging micro-markets within the NCR region.
