Shubhashish Homes, part of JK Jajoo Ventures, reported a strong performance in FY 25-26, with pre-sales reaching INR 423 crore. This marks a significant increase from INR 211 crore recorded in the previous financial year, reflecting a year-on-year growth of nearly 100 percent.

The company has outlined its next phase of growth by setting a pre-sales target of INR 850 crore for FY 26-27. This target is supported by expected demand, planned expansion into new markets, and continued focus on execution across projects.

The announcement was made during the company's annual gathering held in Jaipur, where senior leadership, partners, and stakeholders were present. During the event, the company introduced its new brand identity, Sa  The House of Shubhashish, bringing all its developments under one unified identity. The change includes a refreshed visual design with a new logo and colour palette, while maintaining its focus on quality, sustainability, and customer service.

The company's performance has been supported by demand across its key residential projects, including Shubhashish Geeta, Shubhashish Prakash, Shubhashish Marina, and Shubhashish Forest. These developments have contributed to sales growth over the past year.

Founder and Chairman Jai Krishan Jajoo stated that customer service is central to the company's functioning and is treated as a core value rather than a strategy. He added that the milestone reflects the efforts of the team and highlighted that customer-first thinking continues to guide decision-making and project delivery.

CEO and Executive Director Mohit Jajoo said that the real estate sector in India is currently seeing steady structural growth due to urbanisation, higher buyer aspirations, and increasing trust in organised developers. He noted that the company's performance in FY 25-26 was driven by strong demand and execution, which has created a base for future expansion.

He further stated that the company plans to enter three new states and expand into cities such as Indore, Prayagraj, and Mumbai, subject to approvals. The company currently has a project pipeline with a gross development value (GDV) of INR 2,500 crore and is aiming to add another INR 1,000 crore during the ongoing financial year.

Former cricketer Kapil Dev, who is associated with the brand as its ambassador, shared a message acknowledging the company's achievement and congratulated the team on reaching this milestone.

Shubhashish Homes has delivered over 1.1 million sq ft of projects so far and currently has around 2.5 million sq ft under development. The company is expanding its presence across multiple cities, with ongoing and planned operations in Jaipur, Mumbai, Indore, and Prayagraj.
