The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has signed Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan as the brand ambassador for Nagpur Marina, its flagship waterfront plotted development in Nagpur. The association builds on Aaryan's existing relationship with the developer, having earlier invested in a 2,000 sq ft plot at HoABL's Sol-de-Alibaug project. Nagpur Marina is positioned as a premium, destination-grade plotted development spread across 78 acres in South Nagpur, anchored by a man-made sea and beach. The project has already attracted significant interest from high-net-worth individuals, with over 350 families from more than 10 countries investing in the development. HoABL said the partnership reflects shared values of transparency, disciplined execution and long-term asset creation.
The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), one of India's largest branded land developers, has appointed Kartik Aaryan as the brand ambassador for its marquee waterfront project, Nagpur Marina. The announcement was made earlier this week in Mumbai and marks the formalisation of a relationship that began with the actor's personal investment in one of the group's developments.
Kartik Aaryan had earlier purchased a 2,000 sq ft plot at HoABL's Sol-de-Alibaug project, a move the developer describes as a trust-led association that has now evolved into a brand endorsement. According to the company, Aaryan's decision to represent Nagpur Marina is rooted in his confidence in HoABL's transparency, execution capabilities, consumer-centric approach and long-term development vision.
Nagpur Marina is positioned as an exclusive waterfront plotted development in South Nagpur. The project spans 78 acres and is designed as an international lifestyle enclave, centred around a 2.91-acre man-made sea and beach. The development also features a 28,000 sq ft Grand Marina Clubhouse along with a curated mix of lifestyle and recreational amenities, aimed at creating a destination-grade residential environment rather than a conventional plotted layout.
Commenting on the association, Aaryan said that his interest in the brand stemmed from its clarity of vision, disciplined execution and emphasis on transparency. He added that land represents a long-term legacy asset and that HoABL's digitally enabled processes and ease of transaction aligned well with his own lifestyle, given his frequent travel commitments.
From an investor perspective, HoABL noted that Nagpur Marina has already seen strong traction from high-net-worth individuals, with over 350 families from more than 10 countries having invested in the project. The developer attributes this demand to the project's scale, limited supply, waterfront positioning and focus on long-horizon asset value.
Samujjwal Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer, The House of Abhinandan Lodha, said that Aaryan's transition from investor to brand ambassador represented a strong endorsement of the company's values. He added that Nagpur Marina has been conceived as a thoughtfully planned, enduring asset, and that the association reinforces HoABL's focus on trust and transparency.
Strategically, the project is located near the Samruddhi Expressway and the proposed New Nagpur IBFC, offering connectivity advantages while positioning itself as a rare plotted land opportunity for long-term investors in the Nagpur market.
