Arete Group has launched Riverscape, a luxury villa project in Tukwada, Vapi, expanding its residential portfolio into South Gujarat's industrial growth corridor. The development is located along the banks of the Kolak River and comprises 196 four- and five-bedroom villas planned within a gated community spread across 17.6 acres.


The project is positioned to address growing demand for organised, large-format housing in and around Vapi, a city that serves as a key industrial hub in South Gujarat. Riverscape is located close to NH-48, with road access linking it to Mumbai and Surat, while Vapi railway station and Daman are within a short driving distance. Regional connectivity is further supported by access to Surat Airport and surrounding social infrastructure, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions and coastal destinations.

According to the developer, the project has been planned as a low-density residential enclave, with an emphasis on open spaces, river-facing zones and landscaped green areas. The villas feature layouts with high ceilings, internal courtyards and large openings designed to maximise natural light and ventilation. Indoor and outdoor spaces have been integrated to support larger living areas suited to multi-generational households.

The planning approach is centred on creating shared community spaces while maintaining privacy within individual residential units.

Arete Group stated that the project is aimed at business families, professionals and non-resident Indians seeking primary or second homes in locations supported by employment activity and long-term economic growth. The developer indicated that South Gujarat's industrial expansion, rising income levels and improved transport infrastructure have contributed to increasing residential demand beyond traditional apartment formats.

The launch also aligns with broader infrastructure developments across Gujarat, including projects linked to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, upcoming expressways and rail-led connectivity improvements. With a significant portion of the industrial corridor passing through Gujarat, cities such as Vapi are seeing renewed residential interest as employment centres expand and urban infrastructure evolves.
