The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has entered into an Agreement for Sale of Land with Kandhari Hotels Private Limited for the development of a three-star hotel in Amaravati. The company plans to invest around INR 80 crore to establish the hotel, which will enhance the city's hospitality facilities and serve visitors, business travellers, and institutions. APCRDA allocated 1 acre of land in Thulluru village for this project. Officials noted that such investments will support Amaravati's growth as an administrative and economic center while boosting tourism, employment, and the service sector.
The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has finalized an Agreement for Sale of Land with Kandhari Hotels Private Limited for setting up a three-star hotel in Amaravati. The agreement was executed earlier this week in the capital city.
Under the project, Kandhari Hotels Private Limited will invest approximately INR 80 crore to develop the proposed hotel. The facility is expected to strengthen hospitality infrastructure in Amaravati and cater to the needs of visitors, business travellers, and institutions establishing operations in the city.
For the development, APCRDA has allotted land measuring 1 acre in Survey No. 185 of Thulluru village within the capital region. The agreement was signed on behalf of APCRDA by Sri Jubin Cheeran Roy, Joint Director (Estates), while Kandhari Hotels Private Limited was represented by its CEO (Admin), Sri Punukollu Nandadeep.
APCRDA officials highlighted that such investments are significant for the city's growth, contributing to Amaravati's emergence as a vibrant administrative and economic hub. They also noted that projects of this nature are likely to generate employment, improve tourism, and enhance the service sector infrastructure in the region.
