Located along the Ajmer Road Civil Lines corridor, the development targets corporate occupiers, multinational firms, and retail brands seeking central business locations. Construction is currently underway, with delivery expected within two years. The project reflects Manglam Group's expansion in the commercial real estate segment amid increasing demand for organised office infrastructure in Jaipur.
Manglam Group has launched a commercial project, Summit Signature Sangam, on Ajmer Road in Jaipur in the past week, with an estimated investment of INR 400 crore, marking its continued expansion into large-format business developments in the city.
The project is being developed in collaboration with Sangam India Limited and is located along the Ajmer Road Civil Lines corridor, a key arterial stretch connecting Jaipur's administrative and commercial districts. The development is positioned to cater to corporate headquarters, multinational companies, and organised retail brands seeking centrally located office spaces with connectivity to major transit networks.
Spread across a land parcel of over 11,500 sq yd, the project is planned as a ground-plus-three-floor structure with flexible office floor plates starting from approximately 1,100 sq ft. The design is intended to accommodate varying occupier requirements, including large-format offices and scalable business operations.
Sanjay Gupta indicated that the project has been designed to address the increasing demand for professionally planned commercial environments in Jaipur. He stated that the development integrates features such as expansive office layouts, dedicated executive facilities, and multi-level basement parking with capacity for over 400 vehicles, aimed at supporting operational efficiency for occupiers.
The development incorporates infrastructure elements including high-speed elevators, dedicated executive lifts, and uninterrupted power systems, alongside security and digital connectivity features. A 5,000 sq ft entrance lobby and glass faade design form part of the architectural layout, which combines contemporary construction with elements referencing Jaipur's built heritage.
Additional amenities include landscaped breakout zones, rooftop open spaces, and designated areas for food and beverage outlets, contributing to a mixed-use workplace environment. The project also includes 100% power backup and planned infrastructure for seamless movement of occupants and visitors.
Amrita Gupta stated that the development incorporates sustainability measures such as energy-efficient systems and landscaped areas aimed at improving environmental performance. She added that the design approach seeks to balance functionality with user experience, aligning with evolving workplace requirements.
The project is currently under construction, with the developer targeting completion within a two-year timeframe. The location offers connectivity to metro networks, railway stations, and the airport, supported by multiple road access points along the corridor.
The launch reflects a broader shift in Jaipur's real estate market, where demand for organised commercial spaces is increasing alongside the city's emergence as a business destination. Developers have been expanding their portfolios beyond residential projects to include office and mixed-use developments that cater to institutional and corporate occupiers.
Manglam Group's investment in Summit Signature Sangam indicates a strategic focus on central business districts, where accessibility and infrastructure play a key role in occupier demand. The project is expected to add to the city's commercial supply pipeline as construction progresses over the coming phases.
