Inspira Realty, a subsidiary of Inspira Global, has launched its luxury residential project Inspira One at Bandra Bay in Mumbai with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around INR 1,000 crore. The project features 3 and 4 bedroom residences and has been designed through collaborations with international architecture and design firms. Architecture and fade design have been led by AXS Design under designer Yann Leroy, while interiors are curated by Studio HBA of Hirsch Bedner Associates. Landscape planning has been undertaken by Site Concepts International Inc. Located at Bandra Bay, previously known as Bandra Reclamation, the project will offer 3 and 4 bedroom residences designed with large decks and lifestyle-oriented amenities. The development is positioned as a design-focused residential project that integrates international architectural and design expertise.
The architectural design and fade for the project have been developed by AXS Design, led by designer Yann Leroy. According to the developer, the design approach references elements of Mumbai's Art Deco architectural heritage while incorporating contemporary building techniques and climate-responsive features. The fade design focuses on geometric patterns, ventilation and material selection suited to the coastal environment.
Interior design for the residences is being undertaken by Studio HBA, the boutique arm of Hirsch Bedner Associates. The interior concept seeks to reflect Bandra's cosmopolitan character by combining international design aesthetics with elements suited to the local urban context.
Landscape architecture and site planning for the project have been designed by Site Concepts International Inc. The outdoor environment includes landscaped open spaces, green roofs and climate-responsive planting aimed at integrating sustainability elements within the development.
According to Inspira Realty, the overall design direction for the project has been curated by Arushi Agrawal, founder and director of Seva Home and an advisor to the developer's luxury residential portfolio. Her role includes guiding the design framework and aligning the development with international design standards while adapting them to the local residential market.
Aayush Madhusudan Agrawal, Founder and Director of Inspira Realty, stated that the launch of Inspira One represents a step in the company's strategy to develop design-led luxury residential projects in Mumbai. He noted that collaborations with international design firms were intended to create residential developments that combine global design practices with the unique urban character of Bandra.
Arushi Agrawal stated that the project has been planned as a contemporary luxury residential development responsive to the evolving urban fabric of the Bandra area. She noted that amenities have been designed across dedicated floors and rooftop spaces to enhance privacy and optimise spatial planning.
The project will include lifestyle facilities such as a designer entrance lobby and a rooftop infinity-edge swimming pool overlooking the sea. Recreational and community amenities have been planned to cater to residents across different age groups.
Bandra Bay has witnessed increasing development activity in recent years due to its proximity to key business districts and established social infrastructure. Developers indicate that the location continues to attract demand from homebuyers seeking premium residential properties within central suburban Mumbai.
With its location in Bandra Bay, international design partnerships and focus on high-end residential planning, Inspira One is expected to contribute to Inspira Realty's presence in Mumbai's luxury housing market and target homebuyers seeking design-oriented residential developments in the city.
