Malaxmi Infra Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. has begun work on a five-star DoubleTree by Hilton hotel and an adjoining convention center in Amaravati. Spanning six and a half acres, the project will include 200 hotel rooms and a convention facility accommodating 10,000 people, with a total investment of INR 330 crore. Key officials and dignitaries attended the Bhumi Pooja, marking a significant addition to Amaravati's hospitality and event infrastructure.
A ground-breaking ceremony was held recently for the construction of a DoubleTree by Hilton five-star hotel and a large convention center in Mandadam, located in the People's Capital, Amaravati. The project is being developed by M/s Malaxmi Infra Ventures India Pvt. Ltd.
The planned hotel will occupy four acres and feature 200 rooms, while the convention center will spread across 2.5 acres with the capacity to seat 10,000 people. Company officials confirmed that the development will require an investment of INR 330 crore.
Key dignitaries present at the Bhumi Pooja included APCRDA Commissioner Sri K. Kannababu, IAS; Tadikonda Constituency MLA Sri Tenali Sravan Kumar; Malaxmi Group Chairman Sri Harish Chandra Prasad Yarlagadda; and Malaxmi Projects Private Limited Managing Director Sri Sandeep Mandava. The ceremony emphasized the company's commitment to enhancing hospitality infrastructure in the region.
