Vikram Solar has secured a 378.75 MW solar module supply order from INGEL, a joint venture of Indian Oil and NTPC Green Energy, for a 600 MW solar project in Kutch, Gujarat. The order includes advanced N-TOPCon modules, known for high energy yield and reliability in utility-scale projects, with delivery expected to start in FY26. This engagement marks Vikram Solar's first large-scale collaboration with INGEL in Gujarat and reinforces the company's standing in India's strategic renewable energy market, which continues to benefit from supportive policies and strong infrastructure.
Vikram Solar has announced that it has secured an order to supply 378.75 MW of high-efficiency solar modules to Indian Oil NTPC Green Energy Private Limited (INGEL), a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and NTPC Green Energy Ltd. The modules are set to be deployed near Nakhatrana in the Kutch district of Gujarat as part of a 600 MW solar project led by INGEL. Delivery of the modules is scheduled to begin in FY26.
The order involves Vikram Solar's advanced N-TOPCon modules, designed to provide improved performance, energy yield, and reliability for utility-scale installations. The project is expected to strengthen the company's presence in one of India's strategically important renewable energy regions.
Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman and Managing Director of Vikram Solar, stated that the order is a significant milestone for the company, marking its first large-scale engagement with INGEL in Gujarat. He highlighted that the project reflects Vikram Solar's capability to deliver high-performance N-TOPCon technology for complex utility-scale deployments, supported by manufacturing strength and execution reliability.
