Tamdeen Real Estate has commenced work on its new project, The Farm, located in the Sabah Al Salem area of Kuwait. The company indicated that construction work for the project is expected to cost nearly KWD 12 million. When including the value of the land, the total investment for the project is estimated to reach almost KWD 40 million.
This initiative marks another addition to Tamdeen's growing portfolio of commercial developments. The Farm is being launched under the Tamdeen Shopping Center brand, which has previously overseen several successful retail and mixed-use projects across Kuwait. Analysts note that Tamdeen Real Estate has consistently focused on combining strategic location choices with modern retail infrastructure, which has helped maintain the company's prominence in the local real estate sector.
The project is set to enhance the retail and leisure options in the Sabah Al Salem area. Tamdeen's earlier developments in Kuwait, such as the high-profile shopping centers and mixed-use complexes, have established the company as a key player in the market. The Farm is expected to follow this trend, offering modern facilities designed to attract both shoppers and businesses.
