Synopsis

Aurum PropTech Ltd reported a strong financial turnaround in the quarter ended December 31, 2025, posting a consolidated net profit of INR 2.71 crore compared to a net loss in the same period last year. The Mumbai-based realty technology firm also recorded a sharp rise in income, reflecting improved execution and operating efficiencies across its platforms. Management said the quarter marked a key inflection point, with the company moving from adjusted EBITDA positivity to a profit-after-tax outcome. Growth was driven by scale-up in its distribution and analytics businesses, supported by AI-led innovation, geographic expansion, and tighter cost controls.

Realty firm Aurum PropTech Ltd on Monday reported a consolidated net profit of INR 2.71 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The Mumbai-based company had posted a net loss of INR 8.52 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Total income rose sharply to INR 124.55 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal, compared with INR 70.23 crore a year earlier, according to a regulatory filing.

Commenting on the performance, Onkar Shetye, Executive Director of Aurum PropTech, said the December quarter marked a pivotal moment for the company as it transitioned from being adjusted EBITDA-positive to delivering a profit-after-tax outcome. He attributed the improvement to disciplined execution, improving unit economics, and a strong focus on capital stewardship.

Shetye added that the company's distribution businesses continued to scale through AI-led innovation at Sell.do, geographic expansion at Aurum Analytica, and sustained operational efficiency improvements at PropTiger. He also said Aurum PropTech's rental platforms, HelloWorld and NestAway, are demonstrating resilience and cash-generative potential.

Aurum PropTech owns and operates rental marketplace NestAway Technologies, data analytics firm Aurum Analytica, and sales automation platform Sell.do, and recently acquired real estate consultancy PropTiger.com.
