Godrej Properties achieved robust growth in residential sales bookings, with the third-quarter figure hitting INR 8,421 crore, up 55 per cent year-on-year. The company recorded INR 24,008 crore in bookings during the first nine months of the fiscal. In 2025, it sold properties worth INR 34,171 crore, becoming India's largest listed residential developer for the second consecutive year. Sales were spread across major regions, including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. The company consistently maintained over INR 7,000 crore in bookings each quarter, reflecting strong demand for quality homes.
Godrej Properties Ltd reported a significant rise in sales bookings, reaching INR 8,421 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal year, driven by strong demand for its residential projects across key cities. In a regulatory filing, the Mumbai-based company noted that this represented a 55 per cent increase compared with the same period last year.
For the first nine months of this fiscal, Godrej Properties recorded sales bookings of INR 24,008 crore, marking a year-on-year growth of 25 per cent. During the 2025 calendar year, the company sold properties worth INR 34,171 crore, establishing itself as the largest listed residential developer in India in terms of sales bookings.
In 2025, Godrej Properties sold 16,428 homes with a total saleable area of 27.26 million sq ft, achieving a 19 per cent year-on-year increase in booking value. The company maintained consistent performance throughout the year, registering over INR 7,000 crore in sales bookings in each of the four quarters.
By region, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region contributed INR 9,677 crore, Delhi-NCR INR 9,348 crore, Bengaluru INR 6,566 crore, Pune INR 4,083 crore, and Hyderabad INR 3,052 crore to the total sales in 2025.
Godrej Properties MD & CEO, Gaurav Pandey, highlighted that delivering such growth despite a high base in 2024 demonstrated the strong demand for well-designed and high-quality homes in India's major metropolitan markets. He added that the company aims to continue this momentum in 2026 by focusing on design excellence, construction quality, timely delivery, sustainability, and innovation.
