Sumadhura Group is set to expand its luxury housing footprint in Bengaluru with the launch of six new residential projects this financial year, targeting revenue of nearly INR 10,000 crore. Spread across key growth corridors such as Whitefield, Panathur, Marathahalli,Thubarahalli, Rachenahalli and Devanahalli, the developments will offer over 4,000 premium apartments and 400+ plotted units across 90 acres. Three projects have already received RERA approvals, featuring resort-style amenities, distinctive architecture and lake-facing homes. The remaining launches are also planned within the year. With nearly three decades of experience and a strong development pipeline, Sumadhura continues to strengthen its presence in Bengaluru's premium residential market.
Sumadhura Group is preparing to launch six new luxury housing projects in Bengaluru, targeting a combined revenue of around INR 10,000 crore in the current financial year. These projects will collectively cover over 8 million sq ft of saleable area and include more than 4,000 apartments, alongside 400+ plotted development units spread across approximately 90 acres. The developments will be concentrated in key micro-markets including Whitefield, Panathur, Marathahalli,Thubarahalli, Rachenahalli, and Devanahalli, which continue to see strong demand for residential properties due to improved infrastructure and proximity to employment hubs.
Three of the six projects have already received RERA approvals. These include Folium by Sumadhura Phase 4 in Whitefield, offering resort-style amenities; Sumadhura Edition in Siddapura, inspired by British architectural design; and Sumadhura Solace on Marathahalli Main Road, which provides lake-facing homes with ample natural light and open layouts.
The remaining three projects include Sumadhura Elysium at Panathur, Solea by Sumadhura at Rachenahalli, and Sumadhura Panorama Phase 2 at Devanahalli. All six launches are planned within the ongoing financial year, representing one of the developer's largest residential expansions in Bengaluru's premium housing segment.
Sumadhura Group has been active in South India's real estate market for nearly three decades. It has delivered more than 56 projects covering about 17 million sq ft and currently manages a development pipeline exceeding 40 million sq ft across residential, commercial, warehousing, and co-living segments. The group's experience in multiple asset classes positions it strongly to cater to diverse buyer requirements, from luxury apartments to plotted developments.
