Real estate developer M3M India has partnered with global luxury fashion and lifestyle brand ELIE SAAB to develop two ultra-luxury branded residential projects in Delhi-NCR, involving a total investment of INR 3,500 crore. The developments will comprise around 300 apartments in Gurugram and nearly 650 units in Noida, to be built by group firm Smartworld Developers. Named Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB, the projects mark the brand's entry into India's luxury housing market. The collaboration reflects growing demand for branded residences among high-net-worth buyers and reinforces M3M India's strategy of associating with globally recognised luxury brands.
Realty firm M3M India recently announced a strategic partnership with global fashion and lifestyle brand ELIE SAAB to develop two ultra-luxury branded residential projects in the Delhi-NCR region, with a combined investment of approximately INR 3,500 crore.
Under the partnership, M3M India will develop a premium residential project in Gurugram, while its group company Smartworld Developers will undertake a separate project in Noida. Together, the two developments will deliver nearly 950 high-end homes targeting affluent and ultra-high-net-worth buyers.
Speaking to reporters in Gurugram, M3M India promoter Pankaj Bansal said the company has partnered with ELIE SAAB for two projects titled Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB. He noted that M3M is increasingly collaborating with globally renowned luxury brands to enhance the appeal and sales of its residential offerings. The group has previously delivered a housing project under the Trump brand in Gurugram and, in October last year, tied up with luxury brand Jacob & Co for a development in Noida.
In Gurugram, M3M India will develop around 300 premium apartments along the Dwarka Expressway, spread over a built-up area of 1.3 million square feet. The project will involve an investment of about INR 2,000 crore, with apartments being sold at approximately INR 37,000 per square foot. The starting price for homes in this project is INR 15 crore.
In Noida, Smartworld Developers will build around 650 residential units on a six-acre land parcel, with a total investment of INR 1,500 crore and a developable area of 1.2 million square feet. Apartments in this project will be priced at around INR 33,000 per square foot. Prices for the larger 200 homes are expected to range between INR 9 crore and INR 12.5 crore, while around 450 service apartments will start at nearly INR 3 crore.
ELIE SAAB Group Vice Chairman and CEO ELIE SAAB Jr said the brand entered the branded residences segment in 2019, beginning with a project in Dubai, and has since completed over 25 real estate projects globally. He added that the group is bullish on India and plans to open a ready-to-wear ELIE SAAB store in Delhi, spanning around 3,000-4,000 square feet.
M3M India currently operates across Gurugram, Noida and Panipat, and continues to expand its footprint in the luxury residential segment in North India.
