The leased space spans portions of the fourth, eighth and ninth floors of the commercial tower, with a total carpet area of about 1,45,983 square feet and a chargeable area of roughly 2,08,547 square feet. Under the terms of the lease deed, a monthly rent has been fixed based on the chargeable area, supported by an annual rental escalation clause. The formal arrangement also includes a substantial security deposit and dedicated parking for occupiers, reinforcing the tenant's long-term operational commitment to the location
