Synopsis

Real estate consultancy and brokerage platform PropertyPistol has raised INR 25 crore in a pre-Series B equity funding round led by noted investor Ashish Kacholia, with participation from existing shareholders. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate the company's expansion across key residential markets, particularly Delhi-NCR and Dubai. Founded in 2012, PropertyPistol has built a sizeable distribution network across India and the Middle East, with over 30 offices and a strong transaction track record. The fundraise comes as the company sharpens its focus on building a scalable, governance-led real estate distribution platform, while strengthening its presence in high-demand urban and overseas housing markets.

PropertyPistol has raised INR 25 crore in equity funding through a pre-Series B round, as the real estate consultancy looks to strengthen its footprint in India and overseas markets. The round was led by prominent equity investor Ashish Kacholia, with continued participation from the company's existing investors.

According to the company, the fresh capital will be used primarily to support business expansion in the Delhi-NCR region and the Dubai real estate market. Both geographies are expected to remain key growth drivers, supported by sustained housing demand, rising investor interest, and increased cross-border residential transactions.

Commenting on the fundraise, Ashish Narain Agarwal, Founder and Managing Director of PropertyPistol, said the capital infusion would act as a strategic enabler for the company's long-term growth plans. He stated that the funding aligned with PropertyPistol's ambition to build a future-ready, scalable and governance-led real estate distribution platform, capable of catering to evolving market needs.

Established in 2012, PropertyPistol operates as a full-stack real estate consultancy and brokerage firm, offering services across residential sales, developer advisory and channel partner management. Over the past decade, the company has facilitated the sale of more than 32,000 homes, reflecting its growing role in the organised real estate brokerage space.

PropertyPistol currently has a presence across more than 30 offices spanning major Indian cities as well as international markets, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Its overseas operations cater to both local buyers and Indian investors seeking residential opportunities in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai's freehold property market.

The latest funding round comes at a time when organised real estate advisory platforms are witnessing increased investor interest, driven by improving sector transparency, regulatory reforms and consolidation within the brokerage ecosystem. For PropertyPistol, the capital raise is expected to support deeper market penetration, talent acquisition and operational scale-up, as the company looks to strengthen its positioning across high-growth residential corridors in India and key international destinations.
