The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has opened online registration for 637 residential plots under the third phase of its Anantnagar housing scheme. The registration portal went live recently and will remain open until early January, with plot allotment to be conducted through a lottery system. LDA vice chairman Prathamesh Kumar issued orders confirming the registration process and allotment method.

This phase includes 617 plots in Akash Khand and 20 plots in Adarsh Khand, catering to various buyer requirements. Available plot sizes range from 112.5 square metres, 162 square metres, 200 square metres, 288 square metres to 450 square metres. The fully online application process requires applicants to log in to LDA's portal and purchase the registration brochure as part of submission.

Anantnagar township is being developed along Mohan Road over 785 acres and is designed to accommodate nearly 1.5 lakh residents. The development follows a grid-pattern layout with wide internal roads and underground electrical infrastructure for uninterrupted power supply. The township also includes the development of an Edutech City and around 130 acres of parks and green spaces, aimed at creating an environmentally sustainable residential area.

The first two phases of Anantnagar witnessed significant demand, with 666 plots allotted through a lottery process from more than 22,000 applicants. This demonstrates the continued interest of homebuyers in planned housing and LDA's ability to manage transparent allocations.

The township combines modern urban planning with amenities that support a comfortable living environment. Wide roads, efficient power infrastructure, and ample green areas are being developed to enhance quality of life. The Anantnagar project is part of LDA's broader strategy to manage urban expansion while offering well-planned residential options in Lucknow.
