Grojet has launched Grojet Express in Mangalore, adding a round-the-clock hyperlocal pickup and drop service to the city's logistics network. The service became operational recently and is positioned as a 24/7 delivery option catering to both individuals and businesses, responding to growing demand for faster and more dependable last-mile movement within urban areas.
Grojet Express has been integrated into the company's existing ecosystem and operates without time restrictions, covering all days of the year. The service has been developed to support urgent deliveries, business consignments, essential documents, and everyday personal needs, with an emphasis on predictable timelines and operational reliability.
The company has stated that the new vertical relies on its proprietary technology platform, a local partner network, and an optimised delivery fleet to manage city-wide coverage. Users are provided with real-time tracking and updates at key stages of the delivery process, allowing greater visibility and control over shipments.
Grojet has highlighted that the service is designed to minimise delays through technology-led route planning and process automation. Customer support has also been positioned as a key operational element, with dedicated teams handling delivery-related queries and issues.
According to Grojet's management, the launch of Grojet Express reflects an effort to strengthen last-mile logistics standards in Mangalore by offering continuous availability alongside speed and reliability. The company has indicated that the service is intended to support critical commercial activity as well as routine household requirements, particularly in a city where late-night and early-morning logistics options have traditionally been limited.
Grojet operates under Daffodils Enterprises and has previously focused on grocery and neighbourhood retail delivery by connecting consumers with local stores through a digital platform. The addition of Grojet Express expands its scope beyond scheduled shopping deliveries into on-demand logistics, aligning with broader shifts in urban consumption and service expectations.
Grojet Express is currently active across Mangalore, with access available through the company's mobile application.
