Dubai's Binghatti Developers and German luxury brand Mercedes Benz have announced a joint real estate project valued at AED 30 billion to build the world's first Mercedes Benz branded city in the Meydan area. The development, known as Mercedes Benz Places Binghatti City, will span over 10 million square feet and include branded residential towers, retail areas, cultural and leisure districts, parks, mobility hubs, wellness zones, and community spaces. This marks the second collaboration between the two companies following a previously successful residential project and represents Binghatti's first fully master planned community. The official launch is planned for early next year.

Binghatti Developers and Mercedes Benz have revealed plans for Mercedes Benz Places Binghatti City, a new urban development in Dubai with an estimated investment of AED 30 billion. The two companies said this will be the world's first branded city under the Mercedes Benz name and will be located in the Meydan district, covering more than 10 million square feet.


This project builds on the international recognition of Mercedes Benz Places Dubai and marks the second branded residential collaboration between Binghatti and Mercedes Benz. It also represents the first fully master planned community by Binghatti Developers in their history.

The development is being designed as a city within a city. It will bring together luxury residences, leisure and cultural districts, retail boulevards, parks and green corridors, mobility hubs, wellness and sports facilities, and multiple dining, entertainment and community spaces. The aim is to provide an integrated urban environment where daily services, lifestyle conveniences and social spaces are within easy reach for residents and visitors.

Binghatti's chairman said the renewed partnership with Mercedes Benz reflects shared values of excellence, precision and timeless design, adding that the new development will become one of Dubai's distinctive urban destinations and a symbol of elevated living. At a signing ceremony held in Germany, the agreement between Binghatti and Mercedes Benz was formalized, officially kick starting the project.

Representatives from Mercedes Benz noted that extending the brand into the built environment aligns with their goal of creating exceptional experiences and bringing the Mercedes Benz ethos into residential and community settings.

The city's master plan integrates the brand's Sensual Purity design philosophy into architecture and public spaces, combining clean lines, functional layouts and timeless aesthetics. It reflects a broader trend in Dubai where global luxury brands increasingly partner with property developers on high end real estate concepts.

The official public launch of the project is scheduled for early next year, marking the next phase of development planning, marketing and implementation.
