Lodha Developers Ltd has entered the Delhi-NCR real estate market through a partnership with Gurugram-based MRG Group to develop two projects with a combined revenue potential exceeding INR 3,600 crore. The developments will include premium residential and commercial assets in Gurugram, marking Lodha's first major housing and office foray in the region. The Mumbai-based developer is already present in NCR through a warehousing project. The partnership reflects growing confidence in Gurugram's demand for high-quality real estate and organised development.
Lodha Developers Ltd has partnered with MRG Group to develop two real estate projects in Gurugram with a combined revenue potential of more than INR 3,600 crore. The tie-up marks the Mumbai-based developer's formal entry into the Delhi-NCR residential and commercial real estate markets, beyond its existing warehousing development in the region.
MRG Group confirmed the partnership in a recent statement, stating that the projects are expected to set new standards in premium housing and commercial development across Delhi-NCR. The company indicated that the collaboration aligns with rising demand for well-designed, high-quality projects in Gurugram, one of the region's most active real estate markets.
Lodha Developers did not issue a separate statement on the development. However, MRG Group's Managing Director, Rajjath Goel, indicated that Lodha's track record in design quality and delivery brings strong value to the partnership. He also pointed out that the collaboration reflects confidence in Gurugram's continued position as a preferred destination for aspirational homebuyers and businesses.
The move strengthens Lodha Developers geographic diversification strategy. The company, known for large-scale developments in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, has been gradually expanding its national footprint. Its warehousing project in NCR was an earlier step towards tapping the region's real estate demand.
MRG Group, meanwhile, has an established presence across real estate as well as agro, finance, and education sectors. The partnership with a national developer such as Lodha is expected to enhance its development scale and execution capabilities in Gurugram.
